![]() So it's been years now since I first started making dehydrated kale chips and honestly, I haven't found any other recipes out there that top this one. It's super easy, delicious, and healthy to consume kale in this dehydrated form...check it out! 2 bundles organic kale rinsed and torn off the stalk 1/2ish* cup organic olive oil 1/4ish* cup organic tamari 1/4ish* cup organic apple cider vinegar big dash cayenne pepper dash live sea salt 1/2-3/4 cup brewer's yeast *ish=possibly a little bit more Place the kale in a large bowl and massage in olive oil for a couple of minutes. Add apple cider vinegar and tamari, stirring or massaging into leaves. Let the kale marinate on the counter for about 10 minutes and then add cayenne, sea salt, & brewer's yeast. Now load your dehydrator, sampling along the way to decide the texture of chip you like. Each dehydrator is different and you will notice your kale chips are ready when they are slightly crunchy! Ps. two bundles of kale produce about an ounce and a half of chips...so don't be surprised how fast you eat them up!! Enjoy!
