Zoom Ball Recipe A treat increasing circulation & energy with a restorative effect upon the kidneys & adrenals. This recipe is loaded with antioxidants, omega 3's, protein, & adaptogen support. Adaptogens support the life & longevity of the kidneys and adrenal glands, which is where our energy and life force reside according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. *all organic ingredients used. 1/4 cup Maca Powder* 1/4 cup cocoa powder* 1/4 cup Ashwagandha powder* 2 TBSP bee pollen 1/4 cup hemp seed hearts* 1/4 cup chia seeds* 2 TBSP cocoa nibs* 3/4 cup tahini* 1/2 cup local honey Dusting Powder 1 TBSP cocoa powder 1 TBSP coconut flakes 1 TBSP hemp seeds In a large bowl, mix together the tahini and honey. In a second bowl, stir together all powdered herbs, bee pollen, hemp seeds, chia seeds, & cocoa nibs. Slowly mix the powdered herbs into the honey/tahini mixture until a thick paste forms. Roll this dough into balls about one inch in diameter. Roll the formed balls through your favorite dusting of cocoa powder, coconut flakes, or hempseeds. You can store the Zoom Balls in the refrigerator and they will firm up once chilled. This recipe makes a couple dozen zoom balls.
